SUBSCRIBER DATABASE & IMPORT

GROWING YOUR EMAIL LIST

How do subscribers find their way in your email marketing list? Generate new leads with your mailworx registration form on your website, add subscribers manually or import existing customer data.

AUTOMATE YOUR IMPORT

Create your own templates for import to save time or automate your import. Interface mailworx with your CRM or ERP system. We also provide a connector for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, that guarantees automated actualization of your data in both directions and prevents duplicate data.

SUBSCRIBER FIELDS & NEWSLETTER TYPES

ADJUST THE SUBSCRIBER DATABASE TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS

Add new subscriber fields to the mailworx database to adjust it to your individual situation. This way you'll stay flexible and independent. Define subscriber fields that represent the interest of your subscribers or new fields for email surveys. The possibilities are endless!

NEWSLETTER-TYPES: MORE OPTIONS FOR YOUR SUBSCRIBERS

You'd like to offer different newsletter types (monthly newsletter, special news for customers, …)? Embed these menu items in your registration form and allow your customers to unsubscribe separately from different newsletter types

STATIC SUBSCRIBER GROUPS: MANUAL SELECTION OF YOUR TARGET GROUPS

There are two classical application areas for static subscribers groups: import and interaction of subscribers. Changes to static subscriber groups only happen when you add new members manually or select them automatically by reason of a certain action (such as clicking on the newsletter, submitting a form).

Import

The import is a typical case in which a static subscriber group is formed. This way you can reconstruct easily which subscribers were registered with the particular import.

MANUAL ASSIGNMENT

Subscribers can be added by hand to a static subscriber group.

SUBSCRIBER'S INTERACTION

(e.g. online registration, link clicks)
Define a static subscriber group for all participants of a survey, who actually completed it in order to export the data later on. Use static subscriber groups to join all recipients who clicked a specific link in one group.

DYNAMIC SUBSCRIBER GROUPS: SAVE TIME WITH AUTOMATION

The advantage of dynamic subscribers groups is that the required criteria needs to be defined just once. From this point the subscribers are assigned automatically to a group, when they meet the requirements. Who belongs to a dynamic subscriber group is always linked to a condition.

Each subscriber field can be used for it (eg the address to distinguish male and female subscribers). New subscribers with the salutation "woman" will be automatically added as a member of the "female subscribers" as soon as they register.

DYNAMIC SUBSCRIBER
GROUP

Only subscribers who meet the criteria that have been determined before are brought together in the dynamic subscriber group. Once a new subscriber satisfies the condition, he is automatically added to the group. If an existing subscriber fulfills the requirements no longer, he drops out of the group.

GENERATE NEW TARGET GROUPS WITH MAILWORX

When clicking on a link in the newsletter, the subscriber is assigned to the pre-defined subscriber group automatically.

Use functions of the theory of sets to generate new target groups out of the existing audience. For example, an intersection of two groups, which collects the congruent elements of both groups in a new group.

CONSIDERING CLICK BEHAVIOR WHEN BUILDING NEW TARGET GROUPS

You don't know enough about your subscribers to relate them to a target group? Take advantage of the email marketing software mailworx to gain more knowledge. There are optional settings for every link in your e-mail. You'll just have to attach the link to the target group it is relevant for. Once a subscriber follows the link, he is assigned to this target group. Alternatively, you can create subscriber fields for interests and specify that they are activated by clicking on the link in the newsletter. All subscribers of a field of interest can then be summarized by a dynamic group of subscribers.

FORM TARGET GROUPS OUT OF TARGET GROUPS

There are different possible constellations to form a new subscriber group out of two or more existing ones using the theory of sets: starting from intersection set up to symmetric difference.

ANALYZING TARGET GROUPS

FOLLOW UP CAMPAIGNS BASED ON REACTION

Adjust your follow-up campaigns to your recipients' responses or reactions to the prior campaign. Send your email again to subscribers without a response or to those who didn't click. You just need to select the desired subscriber group from the drop-down menu. These groups are created automatically resulting from the reaction to the basic campaign.

ANALYIZING AND COMPARING TARGET GROUPS

Use the mailworx statistic tool to make analyses of target groups and optimize your campaigns based on these insights. Measure your results dependent on the different target groups and improve the quality of your email marketing.
