Create a marketing list (for leads, contacts or accounts) in your CRM system and assign it to your CRM campaign. Add an activity to your campaign and choose "mailworx campaign" in the channel drop-down-menue.
Distribute the campaign activity in order to create a email campaign in mailworx. Basic information about your campaign (subject line, sender's name, sender's email address) will be transfered to mailworx as well. You can either choose an existing email campaign in the drop-down-menue or create a new campaign in mailworx. The members of the marketing list you assigned to your CRM campaign are part of the corresponding subscribers' group, that is created automatically in mailworx.
Edit your newsletter with the mailworx editor and send it. You'll get more information about your customers through surveys, modifications in their profiles and new registrations via online forms. All data will be transfered to and matched with the data in your CRM system.
You will receive plenty of responses to your email campaigns (opens, clicks, reading time, bounces). They are transmitted to your CRM system automatically. You can see them when you look at the campaign or at the recipients details in the CRM system. There is also a dashboard showing all mailworx statistics in the CRM system.
